The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a number of factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located.

The OEM Field Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the certification and compliance of our operational locations with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of OEM industry requirements and dealership relations, who can manage staff training, prepare locations for audits, and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and dealerships.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain OEM-Certified Locations: Ensure that all operational sites meet and sustain OEM certification standards. This involves adding new certified locations as needed and maintaining the integrity of existing ones.
  • Manage Staff Training Requirements: Oversee the scheduling and regular review of staff training to ensure compliance with OEM standards. This includes both in-house and external training sessions.
  • Audit Preparation: Travel to certified locations to prepare them for audits, focusing on both equipment readiness and training compliance.
  • Partnership Cultivation: Develop and leverage partnerships with dealerships that align with OEM sponsorship requirements. This includes attending quarterly dealer principal update meetings to ensure alignment and ongoing collaboration.
  • RFI Process Management: Handle the Request for Information (RFI) process, ensuring that all inquiries and requirements are met efficiently.
  • OEM Portal Updates: Regularly update the OEM portal with accurate and current information related to compliance and certification.
  • Reporting: Generate and submit detailed reports on field operations to upper management, providing insights and updates on compliance, training, and certification processes.
  • Store Visit Information: Accurately manage and document information related to store visits, ensuring all data is up-to-date and comprehensive.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Significant experience in the OEM industry/dealership relations / ICAR / equipment knowledge / OEM contacts
  • Collision Repair experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to prepare and deliver training content.
  • Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple and competing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills, best demonstrated by gaining credibility with senior leaders, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, work hard, and support several operational and administrative tasks;
