The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a number of factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located.  The company reserves the right to adjust offers within the range at its discretion.

This DRP Account Manager position focuses on developing and sustaining strong partnerships between repair facilities and insurance companies, with an emphasis on meeting performance metrics, ensuring program compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

Primary Functions & Responsibilities

  • Liaison Role: Serve as the point of contact between repair facilities and insurance companies, ensuring clear and effective communication on both sides.
  • Performance Metrics Management: Oversee and monitor the performance of repair facilities to ensure they meet the required DRP standards and metrics.
  • Program Compliance: Ensure all processes and activities align with DRP requirements, staying in compliance with guidelines set by insurance partners.
  • Staff Training: Ensure that staff members in the repair facility are well-trained and up-to-date on industry standards, processes, and DRP requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement Plans: Identify areas where the repair facility can improve, develop action plans, and work to enhance operational efficiency and overall performance.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, addressing concerns, and ensuring ongoing alignment between the repair facility and the insurance company.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 Years of Related Experience: Ideally in roles that involved DRP management, insurance relations, or operations in the automotive repair industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You’ll need to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally, whether it’s reporting on performance metrics, drafting action plans, or interacting with partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: You’ll be using tools like Excel for tracking metrics and performance, Word for reporting, and PowerPoint for presentations.

  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: The ability to identify issues within the DRP program, develop corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Organizational Skills: With many performance metrics and relationships to manage, strong organizational skills will be key to staying on top of everything.
